At Janice Derrick Jewellery we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 7 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We won’t accept any returns that have not been notified within 24 hours or returned within the specified 7 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund your card in full within 14 days.
The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods. Commissions and rings made to size cannot be returned, but we will work with you to change the piece to the requirements you might have. The length of necklace can always be adapted and rings can be sized, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be aware there might be a small charge to change ring sizes if they were not measured by us.
