Shipping
Pieces are handmade and/or made to order. Due to this, the expected shipping date may be at least three days to week from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping related to refunds and exchanges.
Refunds
Full refunds within seven (7) days of customer receiving the item.
Partial refunds of 50% after 7 days of customer receiving the item on a case by case basis and extenuating circumstances.
