Shipping Policy
All these pieces are handmade and/or made to order. Due to this, the expected shipping date may be at least a week from the date of purchase.
If you are located in Trinidad I offer a delivery service for a small fees of $20, $30 or $40 TTD depending on your location.
If you are located in the region I ship via TTPost.
International shipments are sent via Fedex.
Customers are responsible for shipping related to refunds and exchanges.
Refund Policy
I offer full refunds within seven (7) days of customer receiving the item.
I offer partial refunds of 50% after 7 days of customer receiving the item on a case by case basis and extenuating circumstances.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled at anytime BEFORE shipping for a full refund. Once at item is shipped, consider the options for refunds, returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are excepted at anytime for a another item of equal or lesser value and/or shop credit. Contact the store directly to discuss concerns or problems with the orders.
