Shipping Policy
Items purchased as-is will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Items that require customization or personalization will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.
Returns/Exchanges will be accepted within 14days of ordering and items must be returned in original packaging within 30days of ordering.
*Please note - items being returned will only be eligible for a refund if the item is in good order and will receive the purchase price of the item and not the shipping cost.
