Shipping Policy
Once your payment notification is received, the order is prepped, and once the bank account reflects the payment, the order is shipped.
Local rates will be reflected on the site, foreign rates will be clarified once the courier advises.
Refund Policy
We will replace or exchange as first call.
If no exchange product of equal value is desirous, a refund will be done, excluding the shipping and re shelving costs.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation, must be done within two working days, and before the product is shipped.
