Section “In stock” items.

~ ALL placed orders will be shipped via courier service, within 1-2 businesses days upon receipt of payment (In person payment is also available via this service)

~ Each order is solely subject to product availability, on a first come first served basis. Contact would be made in event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package is shipped you will receive notification of such.

~ Note: No orders will be processed or sipped on weekends or public holidays.

“Made to order” Items

~ Items labeled “made to order”, we do not have in stock unless previously stated. However they are produced upon order request. Upon confirmation of our order, you will be given an order number. Said number can be used to track the production progress of your order.

~ After payment of 50% of total cost of order is received, production will start. Production takes an estimated 7 – 14 days, depending on the range of the production. If estimated production time takes longer than 14 days, you will be informed as soon as your order is ready for shipping via Courier service.

“Custom made” items

~ After receiving your request you will receive feedback within 24hours, together with estimated price calculation and additional information for your confirmation.

~ Dependent upon communication, it will be provided all details, time production, price, and payment and shipping details.
