Shipping Policy

Here are a few things to note:

  • DHL is the main courier used by Shop Caribe for shipping;
  • Fulfillment for most orders begin as soon as your purchase is completed. Your items are shipped once payment is approved, your shipping address is verified, and the item is located. After your order leaves our shop, delivery times vary according to your shipping address;
  • International customers hold the responsibility of paying for fees as assessed by their country's customs and duties as well as taxes;
  • Shipping costs are paid entirely by the customer both locally and internationally;
  • No Refunds on: Purchased Items and Return Shipping Cost;
  • All orders can be tracked.

Refund Policy

Customer will only be refunded if it was not received.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

An item(s) will ONLY be returned or exchanged in the following instances:

  • If the item(s) received was the wrong item(s);
  • If the item(s) received was the correct item but wrong material, color or size;
  • If the item(s) received was damaged or soiled;
  • If the item(s) received was the wrong amount - i.e. One item instead of two;
  • If the item(s) received was used.
  • Returns of full-price item(s) must be made within 7 days of purchase. We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • Returns on sale-price items(s) that have been discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
