Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SpiceGrenada isn't  responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/ or a refund on your order. This policy covers only our online sales.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product customer has 14 days after delivery date to notify our Customer Service Department on the situation. Once conditions are met by our team customer has 30 days to return the item to the return address. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees.

Once we receive the return package a full refund will be issued.

Discounted items are not eligible for return.

We are unable to issue a refund and return without proof of purchase, a receipt must be presented to our team.

SpiceGrenada will not issue refunds or exchange for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received in. All goods will be inspected on return. We are not responsible for items damaged or loss in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
