Return of items are only allowed for local residents of Trinidad & Tobago at this time. NO Return & NO Refund Policy (Only Exchange) available for overseas customers at this time. We greatly value our overseas customers. Overseas customers who may be unsatisfied with a product or purchase are eligible for an exchange on the item. An exchange can be done with a similar product of equal value. Orders can only be cancelled, once it has not already been confirmed and processed.
If you would like to exchange a product, you will have to first email us, to place a new order online via the ShopCaribe website. There are no returns on earrings, due to hygiene and safety reasons (no exceptions). All Sales are final. Please use the ShopCaribe website and our shop page for any inquiries regarding returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must also not be passed the return date.
Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return. Our customized items are jewellery that are personalized with a person's first name or initials. The person's name is put on a jewellery piece. Personalized pieces can reflect the unique and distinct individuality of a person. A personalized item is a wonderful item to give as a gift to a loved one. We plan to offer personalized jewellery some time in the future.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return. We recommend using an insured courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx to return your item to us. Please include your full name, your full shipping address, your phone number and your email address when returning your item to us. GHG GLOBAL POWERHOUSE is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
On receipt of your jewellery items, please handle the jewellery with care. Store your jewellery well (in a box preferably). Store the jewellery away from direct sunlight and away from moisture. Store in a cool, dry place. Remove all jewellery from hands, face and neck before bathing, washing hands, swimming and washing dishes. Keep all jewellery away from small children. Some jewellery components include metal beads or metal embellishments. Be careful when holding or putting on jewellery, that contain metal beads/metal embellishments with pointed ends. Some jewellery items are made with glass. Please do not wear or use item if the glass is chipped or broken, to protect yourself from injury. Please note, that magnetic clasps or magnetic jewellery pieces, can easily attach themselves to metal items like key rings, keys, grocery carts etc, because of the magnets in them. Magnetic jewellery must also not be worn by anyone with a pacemaker (medical device to help control your heartbeat). Handle jewellery items gently when placing on any part of your body. Open end clasps (necklace openings) gently. For wrist bands or bracelets, do not pull or tug at the beads, in order to put the wrist band (bracelet) on your wrist. To put on your wrist band or bracelet, gently slide on or gently roll the wrist band (bracelet) onto your wrist. Do the same to remove it from your wrist.
