Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchases. If a refund or exchange has been discussed and agreed, a refund or exchange will only be given once the item(s) have been returned in their original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

All items made by FloresBijouxTT are handmade, this means that each piece is unique and individual, no two pairs, nor two pieces will be exactly alike. Handmade resin items may come with slight cosmetic imperfections but these do not affect the integrity of the items and are not considered a fault, they are a characteristic of handmade.
