This is the print of one of the new leaves from a palm tree in the garden. It reminds me of new life, nature’s continuity and my own personal history.

I used to play around this plant as a child – when it didn’t have a trunk as yet and occupied a large area with its huge leaves. It now towers above the garden. And the cycle is starting over.
