We hope that you are happy with your handmade piece and thank you for shopping at Christine Wearable Art. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellations, returns and exchanges.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy:
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Christine Wearable Art.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Christine Wearable Art, accessible from https://shopcaribe.com/christinewearableart
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
If CWA is unable to complete a transaction, CWA will notify You the buyer via ShopCaribe Conversations and cancel the transaction. If You the buyer has already submitted payment, a full refund will be issued.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 15 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
Cancellations can occur in the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery: A non-delivery occurs when a buyer places an order but does not receive the item. The following are examples of non-delivery cases:
1. There is no proof that the item was shipped to the buyer.
2. An item was not sent to the correct address provided on ShopCaribe.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Goods must be returned in the condition received.
• The Goods are in the original packaging.
• Any returned Goods that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actually receiving the Goods .
Exchange of Goods
We only exchange items for another item within our online store, as our handmade jewellery pieces are original, one of a kind pieces. We must be notified within 7 days of customer receiving the item(s).
CWA (Christine Wearable Art) will not be held liable for:
1. Items that are damaged by the shipping carrier (if properly packaged by CWA).
2. Items that have been altered, used, worn after receipt.
3. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances e.g. Covid19.
4. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
5. Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer’s expectations.
6. Cost of shipping disputes.
