How is your jewelry produced?
All of our products are hand-fabricated in our green studio on the beautiful island of Trinidad in the Caribbean.
How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
All of our pieces are made by hand, and most pieces are made once you order. We are usually able to make and ship pieces within 3 to 5 business days. But reserve the right to ship in the period of 1-2 wks. in times of heavy seasonal traffic. If your order is time sensitive, contact us at email@example.com or call 1 (868) 683 0446 to ensure it is made and shipped on time.
Please note our studio will be closed on all country holidays and international holidays.
What shipping options are available?
Domestic orders are shipped with TTPOST or UPS, International orders can be shipped with DHL Worldwide service. International orders may incur VAT or customs fees; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information about your country's policies on imports, please visit your country's customs website.
What is your online return policy?
Online orders are eligible for return for a refund, if the piece is returned to us within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping is not covered, and we cannot refund the order's shipping payment once it goes out. We request that you reach out to us with your return request so that we can send over our return authorization information. Please note that special orders and items purchased with a discount are final sale and not eligible for a refund. Rings cannot be resized. So please contact us to find out what the sizing options are for your piece.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Our return period is 7 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
