Some of our handmade products are ready to ship, however once it is an item that is customized like our clothing we would require 5 working days to produce before it can be shipped. We would say in the description if this item is ready to ship.
Simply Escape items are handmade with high quality yarn. We take pride in the quality of our finished products with the expectation that our customers will be delighted with their purchase.
If however, your item has a manufacturer's flaw please email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to discuss a refund. Please note that we wouldn't be accommodating refunds or exchanges on sale items or accessories (jewellry or handbags).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our production, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of original purchase.
Simply Escape is a handmade crochet based business, our crochet resortwear is made to order. In some instances yarn in the same color may not be available. Return/Exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery and must be communicated with us on firstname.lastname@example.org within us. Customers must bear the cost of return. If an exchange is not possible, you will be given a store credit to be used within 12 months of issue.
Items to be exchanged must –
Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.
For Swimwear, the hygiene sticker MUST remain in original condition and not removed, replaced or altered. Simply Escape will not accept exchanges if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
