Shipping Policy

  • Shopcaribe ships internationally by express mail (DHL).
  • If we do not ship to your destination through our standard shipping procedure. Please contact us personally through the contact form and we can organize special shipping to your destination.
  • All parcels posted can be tracked.
  • We only exchange items if notified 7 days of customers receiving the items.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs.
  • No cash refunds on items purchased.
  • We can repair damaged jewelry but shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless it is proven that the items were damaged during shipping. (We must be notified within 7 days of customers receiving damaged jewelry)
  • All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.
