Shipping Policy
We ship locally within Trinidad & Tobago, to the Caribbean Region, and abroad to the United States.
*Local Delivery by UPSL.
*Regional & International Shipping by DHL.
In Stock Orders are fully processed typically within 3-5 business days, once item/s are in stock. An email from our Team will be sent to begin the process.
Back-Orders are typically fulfilled within 7-10 business days, after confirmation of order. An email from our Team will be sent to begin the process.
Please Note:
Regional and International shipping may take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on availability of ordered item/s, whether backordered or due to production delays, after order has been processed.

Refund Policy
A Refund would be considered in cases where item is returned due to manufacturer defect, and in an instance where item returned for exchange is not currently available or cannot be produced within 7-10 days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations - within 24hrs of order. After processing has begun, item/s will be shipped and customer will be charged normally.
Returns - will be facilitated in cases where there is manufacturer defect only.
Exchanges - will be facilitated as it pertains to sizing and not design. Please be sure to contact with us before ordering if you are unsure of sizing.
