Description
Traditionally, chai is boiled with milk and sugar. Boiling chai releases the flavours from the spices, milk and sugar mellows out the kick and creates a combination that will delight your palate.
For a healthier chai, use any nut milk, coconut palm sugar, agave, honey or any natural sweetener.
Added benefit – all our teas can can be boiled or brewed a second time (once sugar and milk isn’t added to the blend).
